We have never wanted to be a large firm. We wanted to be the studio a family trusts with their first home.
For close to two decades we have designed houses across Karnataka, from a young couple's first two-bedroom home in town to working farmhouses out among the fields. In that time we have learned that a first home is rarely just a building. It is years of saving, a family's idea of itself, and a hundred small choices made with unusual care.
So we work slowly and closely, take on only a few homes at a time, and stay with each one from the first sketch to the final door.
